If your power has been disconnected, make an appointment and then immediately contact our office via email at LIHEAP@claytoncountycsa.org or email@example.com. Place Service Disconnected in the subject line.
If your service has been disconnected and there are no appointment slot left, contact our office via email at LIHEAP@claytoncountycsa.org or firstname.lastname@example.org. Place “Service Disconnected” in the subject line.
An application made for service does not guarantee approval. YOU MUST QUALIFY TO APPLY.
You will be required to provide copies of the following documents and mail them to our office. You will be given a deadline to submit your documentation.
Please note after reviewing your documents we may request additional information to complete your application.
Within minutes of making your appointment, you should receive a confirmation email with a calendar appointment attached to the email.

A Homebound Household contains no person(s) able to travel to an intake center and apply for Energy Assistance because of a medical condition which currently qualifies the person for home services through Medicaid or Medicare, and/or currently receives home delivered meals, home - health agency services, or homemaker services or who has disabilities confining the residents to the home. Contact Clayton CSA at (404) 363-0575 to determine eligibility for a home visit and to coordinate an appointment.
